I have had my nails done here before but was very disappointed by this treatment. My nails don't grow very long but I had been looking after them and shaping them for almost 2 months in preparation and they had a reasonable length. Without asking about length they were taken down to nothing with a heavy duty file that is meant for acrylics and left so short I couldn't get a nail file under them. When I said to her she should have asked and why did she file them so short she said they will grow !!!! No they don't it takes weeks !!! I know my nails. As a result they were too short to cap the tips and within about 2 days they were lifting on the ends. Really angry and very disappointed as I feel that the technician is excellent normally, which is the main reason I went back. Not sure that I will go again. Im very very disappointed, still with extremely short nails and a gel manicure that looked stumpy and damaged.
