Overall great - superb standard, very nice professional people. Was a little frustrating to have BIAB nails done then be told afterwards that you can’t have BIAB on toes (I’m OCD with exact matching) but they sorted that out. Also Treatwell’s booking system told me the treatment would be done at 19:30; on their side was listed as 19:45 and I didn’t have that time available to give them, and had made the point at 18:45 that I needed to leave at 19:30 so the end was rushed.

Got home from my lash lift an hour ago & there is no difference in my eyelashes, they’re straight. I’ve had so many lash lifts over the years & this is my worst. The beautician fully wiped all of the product off at the end and wiped my eyelashes down, not up? I’m assuming this is the reason for the lift not working because normally I leave looking like I have mascara on curled lashes.
It’s so disappointing as you can’t have another lash lift for 8 weeks, so I can’t fix it now. I expect a refund
