Van is absolutely amazing! His gel manicure is the best one in town, it usually lasts for 3 weeks. He is very respectful and understanding !

Totally disgusted with my treatment. Pedicure was rushed and lacked attention the massage was non existent! I was also made to wait without any explanation for my infills which was very poor! Then accused of not paying! Even though I could show my booking. It was totally embarrassing in front of other customers! I have been a regular customer but never again! Very very poor service and no apology.

I am happy with my manicure but was a bit disappointed at the customer service. Had to wait 15mins after my allotted time before my nail artist arrived and didn’t apologise for the wait. Felt quite rushed as they weren’t short staffed… Didn’t feel very welcome. But I am very happy with the end result.
