Very friendly staff, got the job done in a timely manner and extensive gel nail color selection which was great.

Nail tech was nice enough but he did cut me when over zealously trimming my cuticles causing bleeding. I still paid full price but would have been nice for him to offer something off given my finger was bleeding!
however have been here before and never had issues so hoping it was a one off!

I use Nails Did everytime I get them done but I only booked via Treatwell this time as I had a Christmas discount code. When I arrived I was told several times that I couldn’t have as they do not take appointments at Christmas, despite having prepaid. They did “honour” the appointment though. A few of my nails weren’t the best finish so I had to ask them to redo them. Good for the price.

Staff were very welcoming. I’d made an error in my booking and they kindly explained it so I know for next time. Service was faultless and efficient. Definitely returning as who doesn’t want to feel totally pampered every now and then!
