This was my first time at this salon, I really loved the atmosphere and quality of service for price, however I was a little taken aback at being suggested I needed another hair removal service that I didn’t ask about in front of other customers and staff members. It was slightly embarrassing and as a first time client not very appreciated.

So I messed up slightly with my appointment but all staff were very accommodating and managed to fit me in despite my mistake. Very happy with my nails, thank you guys!

My appointment started 35 minutes later than what I had booked. Salon is not very clean. The infills were okay but I can definitely see some flaws there. I will not be coming back - why book an appointment when they make a start so late?
