The person responsible for my eyebrow threading wasn't careful and hurt me. She also left me on the chair to receive someone else's payment and when returned said it was finished but I could see it wasn't done. I decided to leave instead of complaining, so I avoided more pain.

I booked a one hour "Spa Pedicure" which only lasted 35 minutes. I was charged £2 more than the price I had booked it for, and the salon only accepts cash so I had to walk to the nearest cashpoint before I could pay. Then once I had paid the owner asked if she could mark me as a "no show" so she didn't have to pay the commission to Treatwell, even after overcharging me and making me pay cash. The actual gel pedi looks good but it was hardly a "spa treatment". Won't be back.
