Please do not come here for eyelash extensions. If you have ever had lashes done before (like I had) you will know the regular process of getting them done. I was greeted at the door by two staff members on their phones not actually acknowledging me until I said hello. Then I was put in a chair for my eyelashes extensions? (Strange as I should definitely have been lying down) not to mention I stayed on this chair the entire duration of the treatment (2 hours) sat upright with my head leant all the way back. I had mentioned this was uncomfortable but the woman doing my eyelashes had said she has trouble seeing the lashes when people are lying down (not a comforting thought). The woman doing my hair also seemed very interested in something else in the shop as she would walk away for 5 minutes at a time, almost like she was doing someone else’s lashes at the same time? (Obviously my eyes were closed so it’s unsure if she was doing this or also just checking her phone) 2 hours of neck cramp later and I open my eyes to randomly placed lengths of lashes without any regularity or any fullness. As a lash technician myself I found it quite unbelievable that two hours of lashing could result in so few lashes!! Most of which I should add had been stuck to my skin !!! A big no no, getting straight home and taking these off before they do any damage to my natural lashes. Friday ruined and £50 lost, a very unhappy customer.
