The first person I encountered was young, with little English. She had a mask on, but came really close to do the facial waxing.She started putting hot wax on my face, without asking me anything or preparing the skin.When she started pulling the thick wax off, it was very painful as the wax was really sticky. After I protested, D took over and did a good job, using cloth strips with the wax, as I was used to. I feel that more training is needed ,and to show Covid hygiene is being observed.
