Had an okay experience. I went for a BIAB removal but the technician was prepping my nails for a BIAB infill, I think this may be because less effort is put into communicating with the customers. My nails felt quite sensitive and weak after the removal which was quite heavy-handed and rough. But I’m happy that the BIAB was removed.
