I wait for the person who should do the treatment 30 minutes

Arrived in just before appointment time and salon was busy with walk ins. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time(for an appointment that was x supposed to take 30 mins) and had to leave to return to work. Really poor service as they started working in another walk in before booked appointments. I wasn’t the only person to walk out due to the wait. There is no point taking appointments if you prioritise walk ins
