Impressed my 'hard to please' mother! I decided to surprise my mum to The works-Overhaul as a birthday treat as her feet could do with a lot of tlc. My mum found out just before her appointment and she was anxious as her toenails are quite unsightly. As Nails Inc is located in Harvey Nichols, I imagined the nail technician/artist to be quite snobby however Anesha was very friendly and welcoming. I went off to do a bit of shopping and just over an hour later I met up with my mum after her appointment. She decided that she was too embarrassed to show her toes so she had a hand massage, a glass of champagne, a moisturising glove treatment and her nails were painted in a nice bronze colour. Normally my mum likes to moan but she couldn't fault anything. She said that Anesha was very easy to talk to and would recommend her friends going there. If you are having a pedicure then you need to wear a flip-flops afterwards.
Friendly beautician and really excellent quality gel removal and reapplication. Will definitely return.
