The nail technician was friendly and made lots of effort to ask questions and make sure I was comfortable, which was lovely. Although it can't be denied that my technician was a very talented saleswoman, I didn't appreciate having products constantly pushed on me after already spending £55 for my nails. I do appreciate that she was probably under pressure by the company, however, and think that this is a problem which needs to be readdressed by the higher-ups.
Really enjoyed my visit. Happy with my manicure and pedicure, staff were lovely, nice atmosphere, great service :)
