I booked a regular manicure; both it and the manicure with colour mentioned polish in the description and got told I chose wrong one. I was then given shellac and charged £35. Please refund or credit, as this was frustrating for me and my mum.
Didn't even get my pedicure. Booked through Treatwell in advance. Got to the salon. Asked if I called I said no I booked through Treatwell and they said manager deals with Treatwell he's on holiday. So no one was looking after the bookings in Treatwell at all? Surely someone would be? Need a refund asap as did not receive my pedicure.
