The lady serving was very unpleasant and had to repeat myself several times for her in the end end up not respecting my respect and stating I did not communicate it well. The lady had poor English so I did make sure to make her fully understood my wish. The other lady working there was asking me personal questions (where I live and how come this is my first time there), being intrusive and hostile towards me. In the end the nails did not turn out how I wanted as she messed up with them, looking old and not glossy at all (after shellac, nails have a beautiful glossy glow but she started to polish them after painting them so they look old). AnywY, I’m not ever coming back here and do not recommend it to anyone. Horrible customer service!!!

I’m a regular customer. Jane is always awesome. Got my nails done by the other girl today. My shellac manicure was rushed and badly done. Make sure you secure an appointment with Jane when you book.

Super mani every time. I've had people comment on my nails as I used to bite them and now they look fab. It's so quick too. Just brilliant to do in a lunch break.
