Nails and Spa are usually great, I've even recommended them to friends, however today's appointment was disappointing. 1. I noticed that the towel wasn't clean and had nail clippings from previous customer. 2, the 'curing' machine was too hot and hurt nails; my manicurist said it was because I wasn't used to it! I've had treatments before and this has never been the case. 3. Although polite, I felt rushed and my concerns dismissed by staff member. Sorry.

Second time coming here as the 1st time was lovely. Great service and great atmosphere. 2nd time around the treatments was great but not so much my pedicure therapist. Made no effort in asking how i was before starting or if I enjoyed it by the end. Manicure therapist was friendly and made an effort. Otherwise was clean and great out come of nails and feet.

hidden prices. staff werent welcoming. the nails lasted a decent time. but wasnt worth the hidden prices that arent shown on here.
