Always have my shellac done by Loan and it has always been nothing short of perfect. Last time, however, despite me specifying during booking that I want it booked with Loan, it was done by another member of staff. Unfortunately, it is not the same quality with varnish on two nails starting to come off on the side 3 days after. Will definitely be back as it is a great salon, but somehow need to make sure that I am booked with Loan.

Great experience! My nails look wonderful. All the nail varnishes I got to choose from were full bottles of nail varnish - not like in some other places where they’re drying out and basically finished. I felt valued as a customer, which is not always the case when you have your nails done. Definitely recommend Nails & Spa! Can’t wait to go back.

I booked a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon is gorgeous, clean and very modern. The pedicure was done efficiently and immaculately and the therapist was very diligent. Unfortunately, I had a new employee who had only started that day finish my gel manicure and it wasn’t done to the quality I would have expected, especially as I was flying out that day and wanted everything to be done to perfection. Overall had a great experience, but would suggest not having a new employee left alone until the management are satisfied with the standard of service.
