I had a great pedicure; the lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was very friendly and did a good job. However, my experience didn’t get off to a good start. On arrival I was told that my booking wasn’t “on the system”, despite having a Treatwell confirmation email and also being charged. Got there in the end, albeit with some struggle.
