Bad time management. Booked and arrived 5 minutes earlier, had to wait further 20 minutes. Not the first time, they always take last minute or walk-ins and do not get in time with bookings.
The staff is very nice though.
Gel Nails Manicure
I wanted to try a new nail spa that was easy to get to and this is the perfect place for all things nails. I went on Sunday morning and it wasn't too busy. Staff are caring and attentive. The salon is very clean as are the tools they use, compared to other nail salons. The person who did my pedicure was great and kept asking if everything feels alright. She advised me and suggested some things to me personal to my treatment. Will definitely come back for more nail treatments.

The place is clean, love the chairs for the pedicure, nice music on the background. The staff speak to each other in their own language which I find rude and wouldn’t do in front of your customers.
My pedicure was great! Nice bath for the feet, comfy chair, the woman was nice and took such good care. Love the result, it looks great.
My dipping powder with extension however not so great. I don’t think he took good care and that he was rushing it. No attention to detail till the end.
When filing the extensions he didn’t remove access from underneath the nails which then leaves clots under the nail tips. When he dipped the nails on one nail he filled away too much and took away the colour. He did try and fix it but I still have a spot with no colour on one nail.
But most disappointing is the end result with the top coat. He did it so quickly and didn’t cover the whole nail properly. There were bubbles and rough edges and parts of the top missed. Just disappointing and annoying. Won’t be recommending this place as don’t feel you know for sure you get a good result
