Loan was friendly and professional and the treatment was done very well. There were some problems getting in contact with the salon as the line was busy up to the time of my appointment, i wanted to move it later by half an hour. Treatwell moved my appointment from 3.30pm to 5pm and notified me only 6 mins before the appointment, by which time I was on my way already. There was no option to change or cancel the booking at the new time, luckily I was free but normally I wouldn't be. This is a terrible feature.
