Under new management: staff were attentive and made the experience a personalised one. Plus my nails look great. Happy to hear all the new plans the spa has for 2025!

I've booked a service which clearly they didn't know how to do. I talked with and explained what I wanted to 3 different people, and discovered only when the lady started applying the gel that I could not have what I'd asked for. Shame. Never again.
