I've booked a service which clearly they didn't know how to do. I talked with and explained what I wanted to 3 different people, and discovered only when the lady started applying the gel that I could not have what I'd asked for. Shame. Never again.

Excellent manicure as always! The Cats Eye effect on the gel manicure is my new favourite - really strong on the nails and lasts for ages.
