I felt rushed throughout the whole experience especially during the wax despite the fact that it was scheduled for 10 mins later than she started. She also didn’t remove all the wax from my body at the end of the session nor did she moisturise thoroughly.

I felt the treatments were carried out in a rush. In fact I am not very happy with the result of my manicure work. Total different nails shapes and length from one hand to another and nail varnished wasn’t applied well.
