I had my eyebrows done with Trang. When I entered the salon, instead of welcoming me she told me to wash my hands. I never had them done before so I was expecting her to talk things through but the whole experience was very impersonal and she didn't tell me what she was doing. The result was good apart from the colour which was too dark for my complexion. When she finished, she said its done and walked off. She didn't seem bothered if i liked it or not. Customer service goes a long way.

I had a Brazilian wax and a gel manicure. My experience was 'procedural', service was ok but didn't feel like a treat. I think in this climate it is paramount for the environment to be spotlessly clean and that wasn't the case here.

The wax was painful and time consuming, I have been having only waxes for 10 years but the therapist made me feel on edge as she didn’t seem confident in what she was doing.
