Terrible customer service. Do not pay in advance. I accidentally booked and paid via Treatwell on New Year’s Eve, believing it was my usual salon. I logged the issue on 1 January; the salon was closed, I was travelling with family issues, and contact details were not clear on Treatwell. When I attended on 11 January, I was refused both a refund and the service and told I “should have emailed”. I paid for a service and received nothing. Avoid.
