Even though I had booked the wrong thing (wanted a full set of extensions- not infills - and wanted to add on a pedicure), they were super friendly and accommodating going out of their way to help.
I went in with nails that had been bitten down like crazy and super hard heels, and these ladies worked wonders!
Cannot recommend them enough.
Customer service was great, attention to detail was amazing and I would highly recommend you go see these talented ladies.
Will definitely be booking in again!

Venus was lovely and welcoming and took the time to make sure my nails were done properly. This was my first visit to Nails and the City and I was very impressed with Venus' customer service and the time and effort she put into my treatment. I only had removal of my acrylics so can't comment on any other nail treatments.

Genuinely have never had anyone care for my nails and take so much time and attention - including myself!!
Took longer than usual as my nails were in a very sorry state but I was honestly SO IMPRESSED with how much care that was given! Already can't wait to book my next appointment

Danielle was absolutely amazing! Loved my white nail polish. Additionally, she stayed late as well to accommodate for my delay. Was absolutely great to chat too as well! Would come back to her from now on!
