It said hot wax on Treatwell, but the cost listed was for strip wax and hot wax was £5 more than listed. As a result, I didn't get the impression the technician knew hot wax method so well and it was quite a painful and long experience. It was also cash only which wasn't listed when booking. Very disappointed
