My experience at the salon was just okay.
If you don’t look too close, the biab looks okay. If you do, you see on some nails there is paint on skin, big gaps between cuticles and nail polish, one nail wrong shape. Limited colour options also.
My pedicure was better.
The main issue was that my technician seemed to be getting frustrated with me asking questions, which weren’t unreasonable. This left me feeling very uncomfortable. I don’t think this is how you treat a paying customer personally..

So much care and attention is paid to make sure I am happy with my nails. I brought an inspiration photo and my nail tech was attentive to match every details. Best nails I have ever had, I got so much compliments by my friends all 3 times!!
