What a fun evening of pampering. Joan came all the way across london to our house, a godsend when you have mobility issues. She did a wonderful pedicure for me and my friend, waxed my eyebrows to my exact specification. Gave great tips for feet care.

Person doing nails was lovely however the nails were not. The paint came off the following day and I had to go to another place to redo my whole nails. Waste of money really and this is why I won’t use this service again.

This is an at home treatment. Joan is very friendly and knowledgeable and dealt very well with all the comings and goings of my family around us.

Joan is a lovely soul, and made me comfortable (v tolerant of my mad children larking about in the background!) I enjoyed the treatments I had and am really happy with the results (brows, lashes, shellac pedicure). Looking forward to booking again

Joan was friendly but unfortunately that was the only good thing about the service. Joan arrived arrive 20 minutes late and took 2hr40 minutes (instead of 1hr45) to do classic lash extension. Even after such a long treatment only a few lashes had been added and I could barely tell the difference. Furthermore, the lashes she had added all fell out within 48 hours. Joan did offer to redo them for free but the quality of the service was so poor there was no point. I requested a refund to no avail.
