Joan was friendly but unfortunately that was the only good thing about the service. Joan arrived arrive 20 minutes late and took 2hr40 minutes (instead of 1hr45) to do classic lash extension. Even after such a long treatment only a few lashes had been added and I could barely tell the difference. Furthermore, the lashes she had added all fell out within 48 hours. Joan did offer to redo them for free but the quality of the service was so poor there was no point. I requested a refund to no avail.

Absolutely incredible better than any spa or salon I've ever been to! Most places/people do max 10 mins on your feet. And I can't get over the difference. My only negative is I keep stroking my feet like a weirdo. My hands are gorgeous as well and her massage techniques where divine I genuinely asked what are you doing as never felt anything so good. Will never see anyone else but Joan re foot and hand care and nails. I am shockingly impressed.

I paid for the treatment and booked in a slot when she never turned up and I tried to call her, the number provided wasn't active. I then tried to email and the email bounced back as 'the email address was not recognised'. I still haven't heard anything from her and have not received a refund. I work as carer on minimum wage and am appalled my hard earned money just got taken like that with no explanation or response. Very upsetting.
