Jack was great he did the gel but the lady before carved away at my nails at the beginning and then cut my cuticle on one finger and then asked my if I bit my nails. I don’t mind this too much but the carving of the nail away at the beginning is so damaging to your nails. I have been here before and it was great but I think I will skip here next time.

I enjoyed the speed an efficiency BUT I did not appreciate Agnes trying to charge me more than what was listed on Treatwell. I booked a Brazilian and full leg and that's what I got. No extra service was given or asked for. I don't appreciate someone not honouring the listed price. For that alone I won't go back there. It's incredibly short sighted of them to try to hussle more money out of people.
