Came in for appointment & while the woman was lovely, I was asked 3 times have I chosen my colour, despite turning up 15 mins early so that I could look through. Colour wasn’t at all as advertised so had to have them redone. While it wasn’t my fault as colours were massively miss-sold, the lady didn’t mind re-doing them, but I did feel like I was being a massive pain :/
