I tried this salon on a whim suddenly wanting a pedicure and it was a very good experience.

This was my third or fourth visit there. Never had a problem- they're expensive, but worth it.This time was really disappointing. I had booked, using treatwell, as I got a voucher.When I arrived they were super busy (great!) But I said I was there to get my toes done and how I'd booked. As the treatment progressed, I realised they were doing a full pedicure which I hadn't booked and couldn't afford to pay for. I spoke up and ended up being surrounded by the staff. It was embarrassing.

I love my nails. She did a great job. It was a bit chaotic in the shop but it’s ok because I got what I wanted and the job she did made up for it all. Will come back.
