This was the evening before my wedding so was hoping would be relaxing but not as good as usual - 20 min late to start and no word about delays - the pedicure started with cold water on my feet then I had to balance a bowl of acetone of my tummy for my hands to soak off while mid pedicure and not try to spill it 😂 not so relaxing. Got told off that I took my hands out too soon.

This was not worth £58! Waited 30mins with my feet in lukewarm water in a freezing cold saloon (door wide open when it’s 15 degrees outside). Actual deluxe pedi lasted 35mins….and was worse than a standard pedi in other saloons. Massage at the end lasted aapprox 40 seconds. A waste of money!! I would avoid.

I've been coming here for over 2 years. Since the refurbishment, a fewmonthsago, they change most of the staff and the service became really bad. Staff is rude and doesn't do the job well. I'm definitely not coming back again. If anyone wants to have their Nails done well better avoid this pleace. I'm extremely disappointed.
