My appt was on a Sunday at 11am. No one was there, 2 nail techs arrived 40 mins later saying they are covering. They started doing the nails of 2 other clients & said I’d have to wait another hour. I left & will never go there again, terrible service

The actual pedicure was good but have been a couple of times and they’re always surprised by your appointment and running very late. It’s also in the middle of a clothes shop so not particularly relaxing.
