It was a horrible experience. Ivo started yelling at me that I had left a bad review and left only 4 stars on my review and said that one of my nails had chipped. It’s like being honest was a crime. There was another customer there as well and she was horrified too. I left in tears, without getting my nails done. The other technician had started peeling the colour from one hand so now I have one hand with half peeled colour. Simply awful!
