Felt welcome from when I stepped in, was offered a cup of tea. Ivo was great - very efficient but did a brilliant job on my nails. I am very happy with them.

He took the time to look at the sort of design I wanted and help pick the right colours and put effort into the shape of the nails, they’re perfect. First time I’ve ever got my nails done and actually left with exactly what I wanted!!
