I was actually surprised that my manicure came out so well considering how chaotic and disorganised this place is. Made an appointment but then had to wait 30 mins for them to actually start painting my nails. Staff kept getting distracted and chatting/ shouting amongst themselves during the manicure. Customer service is just terrible but the nails came out ok.

Good manicure, took closer to 40 mins than the 20 min slot allocated on Treatwell.
