The end result of the service looked good. However, the service started 15 minutes late because Ivaylo was busy with another client and I had to remind him a few times that I need to leave within 1h20min as I had to go back to work. He assured me we can squeeze both manicure and pedicure in an hour. The result was it felt rushed and 3 days later 2 of my nails already chipped and one is starting to peel! This never happens and gel normally lasts me at least 2 weeks. A bit disappointed.

The pedicure was very well done in the moment. However, for the manicure it was different. A few imperfections to the side of my nails and unfortunately it did not last for long (3 days).
