I was absolutely appalled at the customer service and subsequent haircut. Despite the positive reviews, the environment was very unprofessional, as the owner engaged in very loud conversation with a 3rd Party during my haircut which was distracting for the hairstylist. Not sure there were any Covid precautions taken besides an old surgical mask worn by my stylist. There was an obvious communication issue not addressed by the owner/manager who was also very dismissive of my concerns.
