Naima was lovely, great story about starting her own business. My haircut sadly wasn’t good. I had a blow dry, however this wasn’t the glossy bouncy style I was expecting. It was a very flat, static and dry. The trim then came after the blow dry and I didn’t realise until after I left how uneven it was. My hair is at different lengths and I am now needing to book another appointment to get it fixed. It was a shame and I definitely did not get my money’s worth. Feel really disappointed with it.

Overall everything apart from the colour of my hair was great. The company and how welcoming they are. But I asked for highlights in my hair and it just looks like all one colour. When the lady put blonde hair dye into my hair, I said to her I want it to be blonde so she looked at the dye and said it's time to wash it out as it is light enough. So she washed it out and I could not see no blonde just a very light shade to my base colour. So for that reason I dont think I will to back.
