I booked a gel removal via the treatwell app and paid 2 days in advance. When i walked into my appointment a staff member told me they had “seen” my booking and “hoped” it wasn’t a specific type of gel, as this she couldnt remove. She told me she couldn’t remove them and to call Treatwell to get my £10 back...

Very unsatisfied.. I got my curls done and the hair dresser said it will stay for at least three days.. They were gone next morning. Not even 12hrs..very disappointed to give so much price for nothing
