I had gel nails, for a Sunday it was very busy place, which I didn't mind - showed it was a popular place!

Gel Nails Manicure
When I entered the salon I had huge knots in my shoulders from the daily grind. I wondered if they would ever go. I laid down on the massage table and the masseuse worked her magic. I left feeling revitalised & would recommend to anyone I meet.

Unprofessional Owner, Poor Service -
BAD SALON - AVOID THEM!!
I was given poor customer service and treated unfairly. The lady who served me was the owner and was unprofessional both in terms of running her business as well as doing treatments. When threading my eyebrows her thread kept breaking and she would take phone call and talk with another customer making me wait in the middle of the treatment. Her lack of attention to detail ended up costing me part of my eyebrow being trimmed which was clearly mentioned not to touch in the brief. She refused to take ownership and got offended when I requested another staff to fix the problem. She refused condescendingly saying that she had been doing this for 19 years, is the owner and will only be her to complete the job or that I can "leave". I reluctantly gave her another try but she couldn't handle the thread and was abusively asked to leave by her and her friend/customer. The owner clearly has an attitude problem and cannot take any criticism.
No beauty in this box, better go elsewhere!
