She put the product too close to my eyes and it started burning a lot and she just gave me cotton pad and water whilst my eyes were shut and told me to wipe it. She kept insisting it’s weird that it’s burning when it’s because she was too careless and kept putting the product into my eye. Usually I can fall asleep during this treatment as it’s so gentle when I have it elsewhere but she was so harsh and was really pulling my eye and coating the product on roughly. Be safe don’t go pls

I had the microcurrent treatment. I like that the therapist cleansed my face well before treatment. I did see a slight improvement in tone after 1 treatment

The pedicurist was thorough and friendly but was very much an amateur. She struggled to cut and file my toenails which I imagine is the very basis of a pedicure! She failed to paint/polish my toenails adequately- many errors and the polish was not smooth at all. She then had to correct her mistakes with nail polish remover. I recommend that Naina’s provide further pedicure training to staff or not offer pedicures at all. The pedicurist did try, but was sub-par at best.
