A good experience overall and nice shellac manicure but a piece of the polish on one nail came off a few hours later, and the polish on one hand got matte, i.e. not glossy as on the other hand

Not a great experience. Hair cut shorter than asked and when brushed out at home the cut was uneven

I was 30min late to my appointment due to being stuck on a tube. Priya took me regardless even though she had a client scheduled straight after me. She was very knowledgeable, caring and made me feel super comfortable :)
