I had a wash and cut here but the water ran cold as they had been busier then usual so for safety reasons they couldn't put on the merger.
However as compensation. I was given a free lip wax service which more than made up for it.
We spoke about how much to cut with my hair. But I said id prefer to show a picture. I showed the picture and we agreed on the bang style. I assumed that the hairdresser understood that I wanted the whole look of layering as well I mentioned it later and the lady said if you want but didn't go further. She cut off more than I realised I showed her in the mirror how much I wanted off but she ended up giving me just shoulder length hair but I wanted a bit more underneath. I should have been more explicit I suppose.Hair grows back, but it is annoying. I feel as though maybe she wasn't confident or I wasn't clear.
The hair cut felt quicker then usual too. Slightly rushed. She did blow dry my hair thoroughly though.Which was a bonus considering it was a wash and cut.
The salon is great if you want a relaxing quiet salon.
the staff talk each other and seem unsure and check with the manager often. But they are quiet and respectful. The salon was outstandingly clean though.
Overall not so bad.

Amazing experience, both really kind and thoughtful when doing the treatments. My facial felt amazing, my skin feels refreshed and smooth. Was definitely needed and will be coming back and trying alternative facials! The massage is great as always! I’ve had a back massage at Nainas previously and is my go too! Always have a great experience and feel a lot of effort is put in to the treatment to get out any knots! Thank you!x
