Naina's is a very pleasant and relaxing place to have treatments. I always have Nitsa to do my nails as she is really good t making my bad nails look good. She always gets the massage chair ready for me. All the other staff are very friendly as well.

I came earlier than my appointment and was told the lady was on her break but she’d be finished shortly, I was happy to wait but she came out earlier than expected and did my eyebrows so nicely, this is my favourite place to go they’re so accommodating thank you!

When I arrived I waited 5 minutes for her to get set up. She was very polite and considerate and respectful. While I was waiting, from what I could see, the other staff were very professional. The atmosphere in the salon was peaceful and welcoming. The service was good and the therapist was attentive and explained each step of the way. Very friendly and not judgemental or rude like most therapists in other salons.
