I just wanted cute nails in time for Christmas and a little “treat yourself” moment, but walked out sadly feeling like I’d wasted both my time and my money. It felt cold, unwelcoming and hostile. The finished manicure was patchy, and missing polish on the ends of both thumb nails. I had to file it off when I got home. At this point, I’d stopped giving polite feedback as I could see they weren’t listening, and I just wanted to get out of there. Sorry :-(
