I have very thick eyebrows I wanted a small trim and shaping but keeping my natural shape with the arch.
I was butchered my eyebrows gone after 15-20 minutes of threading she completely disregarded my request I went through pain and discomfort she said I must have been inexperienced.
When I returned home I had cuts around my eyebrows I had scabs forming the day after I have never felt uglier than after getting my eyebrows done here.
£10 wasted time wasted skin damaged and I have uneven ugly thin brows no arches no shape tiny tail like a 90’s victim.
Wouldn’t recommend, really gone down hill. I got a pedicure and I’m certain they didn’t bother putting on a top or base coat, there were smudges of paint on my toes/skin and I was told it would “wash off” and I had to push for it to be wiped clean around the nails. I’ve never gone for a pedicure/manicure where they hadn’t tidied up any paint on the skin and it should just be part of the service without the customer asking. Also, I found the order she done the pedicure odd as she did the massage and lotion after she painted the nails. I will not be returning as i could’ve done a better job at home, I did see other reviews with a similar theme but decided to give it a go as I’ve been before and thought it was fine but I think the technician I had on this occasion may have been new or isn’t fully trained as the previous technician I had before always a did job. The actual cut of the nails was absolutely fine but the painting part needs improvement if they want customers to return and I hope they take this feedback onboard.
I went there yesterday to get my eyebrows thread and they look soo terrible afterwards 😭 🙄 my natural eyebrows shape is very thick and full . I told the woman and pre warned her that I don't want thin eyebrows. And I dont like thin eyebrows. I still wanted them thick but cleaned a tiny bit.
She responded back like she understood my request
She completely ignored my request 😒 did what she wanted thinned out my eyesbrows. They look like 2 skinny Nike signs on my forehead 😳
I told her that she did my eyebrows too thin and she told me that it looks better thinner than thick. She totally disregard my feelings on how I want to look.
I want to have my time and my money back
I will never go back to this shop. I will do my eyebrows myself. No one is going to play in my face again 🙃 charge me money for a mediocre service

Chetna was very lovely and kept me informed about the process the entire time. I had previously had amazing lash lifts from Mish, whom I had booked this time, as well. I‘m not sure why my technician was changed, but my lashes are definitely less dramatic than they usually are after a lift. Not bad, but I could probably just have tinted them for a similar result. Bit disappointed :(
