Worst experience of my life. Despite repeatedly mentioning that I have sensitive skin there was no decent care taken of my skin. The therapist put hot wax on my face, dropped some on my clothes. After waxing she didn’t properly take all off my face and instantly started to thread my face. Some stubborn hair instead of using the tweezers she kept threading harshly again and again and now I have cuts all over my face. My face is a mess now cause of all the harsh work done. Never coming back.
