Najwan was super friendly and was careful to cut my hair in stages to ensure we got to the perfect length. She also gave me some great impartial advice on the latest beauty treatments which was really valuable. Would definitely recommend her!

staff member didn't know I had an appointment, had to wait till she was finished with another client. Hairdresser didn't listen to what I wanted had to tell her 4 times. she got rude and frustrated with me in the end. At the end of the haircut she just walked away, I wasn't sure whether she was finished or not and I had to sweep the hair of myself.

Very nice haircut but they could do with having a receptionist or another member of staff to open to door and deal with enquiries rather than interrupting my haircut. Otherwise.a very good experience
